Why Tae Kwon Do

Taekwondo is a martial art that originated in Korea in the 1940s. By the synergy of several different skills that were used at that time. The name of the skill is derived from the word Tae (meaning to kick), Kwon (meaning to strike with the hand), and the word Do (meaning path).
